Event Description

Run-Walk at your own level of fitness.  Complete in one day or over the whole 6 weeks. Include your dog, family and friends from afar. Skype, Face Time, Zoom, call your out-of-state family and friends. Make your own event out of this event.  Not a runner or walker?  Sign up for the personal fitness challenge.  Have fun at your own personal fitness level doing whatever you want. Yoga, Zumba, Hula Hoop, playing tag, washing the car or your dog, dancing, cleaning the house, hiking, biking, swimming, soccer, basketball, jump rope, playing with your dog, etc.  For all our group/club participants do what you do best! If it riding for miles, aiming for wins, or gaming for points, it all is for a great cause!  Be Creative and show us your photos/videos. Most important Have Fun!! 

100% of monies raised goes directly to Rescue Dogs Rock Animal Rescue of NJ 

Complete this event anywhere between Sept 1st and Oct 15th.  Use as many days as you need.
