Event Description

Carrera de los Muertos / Run of the Dead is a celebration of Dia de los Muertos! Day of the Dead focuses on celebrating the memories of loved ones that have passed on. Combined with the Day of the Dead festival at Olvera Street, expect an amazing day.

The start line is in front of historic El Pueblo, the birthplace of Los Angeles. The course travels towards Chinatown and out towards Los Angeles Historic Park. After crossing the LA River, all participants return back to Olvera Street for Dia de los Muertos festival!
