Event Description

Join us for a morning of fun focused around mental health awareness and information. We will be walking/running to support those who fight daily against the stigmas of mental health. Let's use our strengths to raise critical funds, awareness, and shine a spotlight on the conversation around mental wellness. 

The fun run is open to participants of all ages, and will take place at Legacy Stadium in Katy, TX. 

There will be food trucks, vendors, information on mental health services, warm-up and workout options, and more. 

Take a stand with us and start moving for mental health. In partnership with NAMI-Greater Houston and upLIFTed Movement we look forward to moving with you on this day of excitement and fun!
