There will be a designated “transition zone” for teams and individuals just after the Start/ Finish line.  We encourage all teams and individuals to bring tents and set-up your own Aid Station/ Team Zone.  We want the Transition Zone to be fun and filled with Energy.  We will provide the music, we want you to get creative with your team transition zone - tent.  We will have an Award for the most “Energetic” Team Zone.

COURSE:
The course will be a 1.5 mile looped wide gravel road and trail in Forest, Virginia.  We are using the local high school competition Cross Country Course.  The terrain is flat with a few modest rollers.  It’s an all dirt trail which meanders through the woods, heavy tree cover for a vast majority of the run with some open field sections, highlighted by a wide running path throughout.

We will have an Aid Station with water and electrolytes at the Start/ Finish line.  In addition teams will be allowed to setup their own Aid Station at their team tents or transition table.  Transition tables provided by Race Organization.
