Event Description

The SVMC Wellness Committee would like you to come walk or run with us for 30 days this summer.  The challenge is to walk or run as many miles as possible over the course of 30 days! You will log your miles each time you take a dedicated walk/run, and submit them after each walk/run.  

The winner will be the participant with the greatest distance!  All participants who complete at least 10 miles over the course of the month will be entered into a drawing to win a prize as well!  We encourage you to walk or run along the SVMC "trails".  1/2 mile each day you work should get you to 10 miles!
