Event Description

Participants walk or run a half mile and then do an exercise.. this continues every half mile until the 5K is completed.  There is a total of six stations the first station at the one and half mile mark is Jumping Jacks, the second station at the mile mark is Sit Ups, the third station at 1.5 mile mark is Lunges, the Fourth station at the 2 mile mark is Air Squats, the fifth station at the 2.5 mile maker is Pushups and the sixth station at the 3 mile mark is Burpees.
