Welcome to our 11th Annual NAMI Lehigh Valley Race and Walk. We are thrilled to be hosting our live community event again!

This year we have 5 options:

5K Run

10K Run

A 5K and 10K Challenge

Walk 

Virtual Choice

Registration is online only. Register by Aug. 16 to guarantee a shirt. 

Parking is mostly offsite, so allow time to get to the park. See PARKING info and interactive map below. Dogs and smoking are not permitted in the park.

The events will be held rain or shine. They will be cancelled in the event of dangerous weather. 

100% of the money you give (minus any processing fees) goes to NAMI Lehigh Valley to support our mission of providing education and support to individuals and families affected by mental illness and to educating the public about mental health.
