Event Description

Join the Wayne UNC Health Care Team and the rest of Wayne County for a 1.25 mile fun run or walk to commemorate the hospital's 125th anniversary! Invite your friends, neighbors, church groups, and civic groups to join in the celebration. You can select your own track or use some of the pre-determined courses we have found throughout the county. This virtual event is part of our Healthy Wayne County Initiative, which is designed to help educate and inspire Wayne County residents to maintain a healthy lifestyle.

REGISTRATION FEES/DATES/CATEGORIES
Registration deadline is October 16, 2021.

Standard registration fee is $5.00 for adults, children under 12 are free. (Standard registration does NOT include a tshirt.)

Premium registration fee is $30 for adults and children. (Premium registration includes a t-shirt.)

Wayne UNC Teammates are not required to pay the entry fee.

GIVEAWAY
Any participant who would like to purchase a t-shirt can do so at the time of registration. T-shirts will be mailed out after the race ends on October 22, 2021.

All participants will receive a commemorative token for participating in the 1.25 mile Fun Run.
