Event Description

First Presbyterian Church is hosting the Walk for Will, a charity walk/run 5k to raise money for the Ratcliff family. Will, a reverend of the Presbytery of Central Nebraska, has been diagnosed with brain cancer. While his treatment has been going well, his only income is his disability coverage. Will, his wife Bonnie, and their 11-month-old son, Thomas, are the sole beneficiaries of this charity event. We are looking for walk/run participants who are looking to help an amazing family in their time of need.

Registration starts at 9 AM, and ends at 10 AM. After each participant arrives and signs in, they can start the walk/run right away. This is not a timed event, and not a "race". You can keep a personal timer for yourself. The goal is to support the Ratcliff family through donation and support.
The entry fee is $100 to participate in the walk. This fee can be a donation of your own, or can be gained through getting 10 sponsors giving $10 each. Additional sponsors/donations are greatly appreciated.
