We are proud to announce that Eatonton First United Methodist Church will be hosting its 5th Annual Steeple Chase 5K and Fun Run to benefit Brave Meadows Therapeutic Riding Center in Gray, GA on Saturday, November 13, 2021. This is an important outreach to support Brave Meadows in their mission to provide horse-assisted therapy services for the exceptional student. They serve all people with person-limiting physical or mental conditions in a non-discriminatory manner without regard for their ability to pay. The all-volunteer center operates 100% from grants and donations.

Event details and schedule

Come join us in beautiful Eatonton for this 5th Annual event! The course begins in front of historic Eatonton First United Methodist church and continues around downtown and into surrounding neighborhoods. It's a mostly shaded, hilly course. All runners and walkers are welcome! Strollers and leashed pets are also a welcome addition.
1 Mile Fun Run will begin at 8:00 am. 5K will begin at 8:30 am. Awards given to Overall M/F and Masters M/F, and top 3 finishers in age groups beginning with 9 and Under to 75 and Over. The Fun Run is open to all ages with children 10 & Under eligible for awards.
Registration is located in front of Eatonton First United Methodist Church. You can park in the church parking lot or downtown. Bathrooms will be available inside the church.
