Event Description

A 45-50 minute Yoga Flow Overlooking the Vineyard

Complete a refreshing yoga flow while enjoying the vista of scenic Alba Vineyard.
After a relaxing savasana, indulge yourself in a tasting of the host vineyard's wine collection. 

Event Schedule: Sunday, October 3

Please arrive no more than 20 minutes earlier than your start wave time. Participants will not be permitted to wait in the patio area prior to the race. 

Vinyasa flow times will be staggered. 

9:15AM - Session 1
10:15AM - Session 2
11:15AM - Session 3
