Event Description
Join us for DASH of HOPE our 9th 5K Run/Walk Peachtree qualifier and Kids Fun Run.
This year, all proceeds benefit Family Promise. Their mission is to help homeless and low-income families achieve sustainable independence through a community-based response.

Course Description/location:
The 5K will start and end on site (see map in photo gallery) and is a paved winding, tree-lined route with rolling hills. This course is well marked, with water stations along the course, and supervised by police officers. The race will be Chip Timed. Costumes are welcome and will be judged.
The Kids Fun Run is suited for children ages 5-12. It will be located on site. The course will be timed.
Race day schedule (10/9/2021):
7:00 am-8:00 am : Race number pickup for 5K and KFR if pre- registered. Walk up race entry/race number.
8:30 am : 5K race begins, there will be race warm ups
9:00 am : Live Music Begins
9:00 am : Kids Fun Run begins.
9:45 am : Awards Ceremony
Registration Fees/Shirt:
5K Race-Individual $25 till 10/07, $30 after 10/07/21
Groups of 4 or more $20 till 10/07 $25 after 10/07/21. Must be 18 yrs or older to be a team captain. A short-sleeved micro fiber shirt guaranteed to those who register by 10/07/2021.
Kids 1K Fun Run $15 till 10/07, $20 after 10/07/21. A short-sleeved cotton shirt guaranteed to those register by 10/07/2021.
Awards:
5K Race-Awards to overall male/female and top three male/female in standard age groups (10 and under through 70) at five year intervals.
Kids Fun Run-All participants receive a medallion.
Other judging includes-team with the most participants, funniest costume, most original, most colorful, team with most family members (more to come).

Free Parking near site
Goodie bags with shirt given out after race.
Other:
Walkers and runners of all ages are invited to do 5K.
Adult with Baby Stroller are welcome to race the 5K.
No pets except service dogs.
We do not provide gear check.
