Event Description

The Journey 5K is an in-person walk/run happening on Saturday, October 2nd, 2021 at Frank Liske Park in Concord, NC. This event will kick off at 8am and by participating in The Journey 5K, you are helping to provide resources that impact the spiritual, emotional, physical, and financial wellness of women across the country! These resources include guest speakers, healthy cooking classes, stress management workshops, financial literacy sessions, and MORE!

When women are empowered in their wellness goals, families are strengthened and communities are made better! Grab your friends, neighbors, coworkers, and let's raise awareness for women's wellness by participating in The Journey 5K!
