Event Description
Stay active this Fall by walking or running 200 miles as a participant in the Fall Fitness Challenge! This challenge is designed to be flexible and achievable as the only rule is that your running/walking workouts total 200 miles between the first and last day of Fall, 2021! No weekly goals, just one overall goal that everyone can reach! We will have some fun along the way but the main goal here is to keep moving, all Fall long! This isn’t a race, it is a challenge, so there is no prize for the first to reach the challenge goal, no times will be recorded and the total miles walked or run will be capped at 200! It is our hope that we can all be “winners” and complete this challenge and earn the challenge finishers medal!
