Please join us for a 9 (laps) for 9 Morgan’s Message Awareness Day! 

Coach Maggie & Melissa of M&D Orlando Lacrosse and Lake Mary and Lake Highland girls lacrosse teams have partnered with Morgan's Message to bring awareness to mental health within the student athlete community here in Orlando and beyond. 

Morgan’s Message strives to eliminate the stigma surrounding mental health within the student-athlete community and equalize the treatment of physical and mental health in athletics. We aim to expand the dialogue on mental health by normalizing conversations, empowering those who suffer in silence, and supporting those who feel alone.

Morgan’s Message amplifies stories, resources, and expertise to confront student-athlete mental health, builds a community by and for athletes, and provides a platform for advocacy. All money raised through this  fundraiser will be donated to Morgan's Message to help them continue to grow and impact student athletes all over the country.

This event will consist of a run/walk (9 laps around the track, a little over 2 miles), a 50-50 raffle, donuts & coffee, t-shirt sales, and an student-athlete mental health awareness conversation!

For any high school students looking to become a Morgan's Message ambassador at their school or on their teams, we will have details regarding that too!
