Event Description
Join us at Etowah River park in Canton, GA for the 4th Annual Street Dog Dash 5K.
Participants are invited to bring their dogs to walk/run with them as long as the animals are vaccinated, on a non retractable leash 6 foot or less in length, non-aggressive, and in good physical condition. There is a $5 fee for dogs to participate.
The Cause:
All proceeds will go towards funding educational programs and law changes fighting against the Dog Meat Trade in Asia, along with funding the rescue and rehabilitation of victims of the Dog Meat Trade. Part of the proceeds will also be given to local animal shelters. For more information go to www.streetdogdash5K.org

Pre-race packet pickup will be at Big Peach Running in Kennesaw on Friday, April 15 from 5-7
Race Day Registration and Packet Pickup: Begins at 7AM
5K starts at 8AM

Awards to overall male and female, masters male and female, 10 year age groups.

The course is USATF Certified #GA18043WC. The race is an OFFICIAL AJC PEACHTREE ROAD RACE QUALIFYING EVENT.

Shirts and Goodies
Shirts are guaranteed to all pre-registered runners by 3/23/22. Those registering after that date and on race day are not guaranteed a shirt or size. There will be plenty of fluids and fruit after the race. There will also be treats for your dogs.

In case of rain, the races will go on. Delay of the start may happen in case of severe weather in the area at race time. If severe weather continues, then the race director or local authorities may make the call to cancel the race at that time. Sorry, no refunds.
