Event Description
Kick-off the holiday season with the West Orange Junior Service League’s 12th annual Jingle Jolly Jog. Come run or walk this evening race through the festive holiday decorations through the beautiful Oakland Park community in Winter Garden. This unique, nighttime family-friendly 5K is sure to be fun for everyone. Bring your friends, family, or a team to create new healthy holiday traditions and memories. This event features a 5K, a Kid’s Fun Run, Meet & Greet with Santa and his elves, festive activities, food trucks, live DJ, Bounce House, and much more. Each registered 5K participant will receive a timed race, t-shirt, goodie bag, finisher’s medal, and post-race snacks. Kids 10 and under are invited to participate in the Kid's Fun Run and no registration is required.
Add some holiday cheer and come dressed in your best holiday-spirited attire! There will be a costume contest with prizes for Most Creative, Best Christmas Elf, Brightest Costume, and Best Festive Group.
Can't make it to the event but still want a piece of the action? We will again, this year, offer a virtual option and participants will receive a medal and t-shirt after the race via mail.

Wednesday, December 1st from 11 a.m. - 2 p.m. & 5 p.m. - 7 p.m.
Friday, December 3rd from 11 a.m. - 2 p.m. & 5 p.m. - 7 p.m.
Saturday, December 4th from 4 p.m. - 5:45 p.m. at Oakland Park race site
Kid’s Fun Run starts at 5 PM
5K Run/Walk starts at 6 PM - the start line will be left open for 5 minutes. Results are based on chip times.
Awards will be given to the top 5 Male and Female finishers only.
The course will have water stations throughout.
This year celebrates our 12th Anniversary of the Jingle Jolly Jog in Oakland Park. We want to thank everyone who has participated over the years to make this such a successful fundraising event. All proceeds from the 5K the many non-profit charities throughout West Orange county supported by the West Orange Junior Service League. The West Orange Junior Service League is a local nonprofit organization comprised of a dedicated and compassionate group of women who come together to benefit our community by stewarding philanthropy. Each year the WOJSL has four fundraising events, the Jingle Jolly Jog 5K, Winter Garden Christmas Golf Cart Parade, Light Up West Orange Luminary Event, and the ever-so-popular Run for the Roses Derby Party. Monies raised at these events are then dispersed annually to local nonprofit organizations in need, within our West Orange community.
