Description
Each 1-hour clinic is a specialized competitive swim training skills development session, including competitive starts and turns training, endurance and drills training, and stroke technique work. Anyone between the ages of 6-18 years of age who can safely swim the length of the pool without assistance or stopping is welcome to participate, but a swimming level competency of Learn-to-Swim Level 4 or higher is strongly recommended for this clinic to be beneficial. Clinics run on Saturdays throughout our spring session; swimmers may sign-up for one or several clinics.
