Event Description

Join us as we bring back a local favorite, the Cap Trail 100.

Teams of 4-6 runners will cover 100 miles between Richmond and Williamsburg on the Virginia Capital Trail. Runners will tag team the distance, relay style. Each team member runs 3 legs, ranging in distance from 3.5 - 8.5 miles each. The race starts and finishes in Richmond, VA and exchange zones will be located along the Capital Trail. 

NEW this year, a SOLO 50 mile or 50k option. All runners must complete the entire course within 18.5 hours (50 mile - 22 minute pace, 50 kilometer - 35 minute pace)
