Half Marathon Training Team

...We will do a nine week program to improve your workouts and enjoyment of running as well as finish 13.1 Miles!

When:  December 6th for 9 weeks of training targeting 2022 February races or your own 13.1

Coach :  Relentless Pursuit Endurance aka Webe Runner/ Ultra Runner and Endurance Coach Meredith Taylor 

Organizer & Shirt Design:  Webe Running

What is included:

*Orientation Via Zoom Wednesday the 8th 6:30pm 

*9 week training plan via email 

Weekly challenges in the Facebook Group 

Nutrition Q & A for the Half via Zoom

Pre-Race Prep Q&A sessions via Zoom 

Private Facebook and What's App groups to share tips and communicate between runs, coach and organizer available for general questions.
