WGW Tuesday & Thursday Group Run - women only, two basic workouts provided: beginner & intermediate

Saturday Long Run - TBA, two groups: beginner & intermediate
Sunday Run Club - family friendly, two routes: hike (~2mi) and run (~3mi)
