Event Description

The Here and Now Project is a non-profit organization whose mission is to connect and empower the paralysis community in the Pacific Northwest through private support groups, community activities, and larger annual gatherings, we have built a strong fellowship of people who encourage and inspire each other to Do Life in the here and now. Proceeds from the 5K FOR TODAY will support H&NP programs by providing care baskets, adaptive water bottles, and other resources to newly injured individuals, and outreach that will help support loved ones and caregivers. Please help support our cause by joining us in person or virtually as we walk/run/roll for a cause!

*This event has an in-person race on July 16, 2022 as well as a virtual option from July 10-16, 2022. The 5K is a fundraiser for the non-profit-The Here and Now Project which connect, supports, & empowers those living with paralysis to DO LIFE in the here and now.

*Note: This is a timed race on a paved, flat, fast course and accessible for all.
