The Challenge Plan, complete with runs/walks, strength exercises and cross training recommendations
We'll explore various ways to cross train, including, Strength, Barre, Yoga, Mobility and more
Daily Support/Check-ins/Accountability
A nudge out of your comfort zone. We all know the magic happens when you embrace new things!
An awesome ZOOMA community of supportive, like-minded peers!
A weekend virtual run or walk. The distance is totally up to you!
