A flat and fast 5K Run/Walk and 1 mile fun run followed by a fantastic party at LuLu's.  Proceeds from the event benefits ARC-Baldwin County (https://thearc.org/chapter/arc-baldwin-county/)

LuLu's at Homeport Marina, Gulf Shores, AL

Courses:

The 5K course is certified, paved, flat, and partially shaded.  Race starts and finishes at LuLu's.

The Fun Run is an out and back 1 mile course on a paved road. 

Early packet pick-up and registration: 

Friday. June 17. 2022 at Lulu's from 3-6 PM

Race day packet pick-up and registration: 

Saturday, June 18, 2022 at LuLu's from 6:00 AM - 7:15 AM

Shirts:

Participants may select a tank or tee shirt.  To guarantee shirt type and size, register by June 9.

Awards:  

Participants must be registered in the event to be eligible for an award. Participants are eligible for only one award per race.  Walkers do not run at any time during the race.

5K RUN:

Overall: 1st, 2nd, 3rd Male & 1st, 2nd, 3rd Female

Master 40+: 1st Male & 1st Female

Grand Master 50+: 1st Male & 1st Female

Senior Grand Master 60+: 1st Male & 1st Female

Age Groups: 5 deep Male & Female 0·9, 10·14, 15·19, 20·24, 25·29, 30·34, 35·39, 40·44, 45·49, 50·54, 55·59, 60·64, 65·69, 70·74, 75+ 

5K WALK:  

Overall: 1st, 2nd, 3rd Male & 1st, 2nd, 3rd Female

Age Groups: 3 deep Male & Female 0·29, 30·39, 40·49, 50·59, 60+

1 MILE RUN:

1st, 2nd, 3rd Male & Female

Special Awards

Fastest Father-Child Team and Slowest Father-Child Team

Post-race celebration

All post-race activities - food, beverages, music, and awards - will take place at LuLu's.
