We are a 501 (c)(3) charity and a licensed animal rescue in the state of Georgia. More importantly, since our inception in September of 2019, we have taken in over 400 dogs and puppies and sent over 350 successfully on transport to rescue partners. As one of our board members recently said, we are small, but we are mighty!
Although we are Coweta County's "newest" rescue group, we all come from years of rescue commitment and dedication to the homeless dogs of Coweta County. We focus on the shelter dogs most at risk, and we will do whatever is needed to help them. Our board members, Kim McCurry, Sally Schmid, Rachel Rine, Gail Lustig, and Stacy Fisher, in a working partnership with Coweta County Animal Services, have made a promise: we may not be able to save them all, but...we WILL try. That is a commitment to which we have all opened our hearts.
