Event Description

Our Race for Hope event is a cancer walk fundraiser for our team the Marching Medics! Come together to show those fighting and surviving that we are with them in having Hope! And remember those who lost their battle. We will have a 5 mile run, 5k and a 2 mile walk. 

You can be a "Sideline Supporter" if you would like the T-shirt but cannot attend the event.  We have a registration category just for you.

There will be “I’m racing for” stickers to wear to show who you are supporting/remembering.

Event details and schedule

Races start and end at Milbank Area Health Care Campus

7:00-7:40 a.m. Registration
8:00 am 5K Run/Walk and 5 Mile Run
8:05 a.m. 2 Mile Walk

Registration fee is $25.00

Packet Pickup will take place on Friday, July 29 at Milbank Area Hospital Avera from 11:30 am-5:00 pm

Register by Wednesday, July 20 to be guaranteed a t-shirt.

The 5K and 5 mile will be chip timed and prizes will be awarded per gender and age group. Overall gender winners will also receive a prize.
