Event Description

Homeland Center and its community outreach services of Homeland Hospice, Homeland HomeHealth, Homeland HomeCare and now Homeland Palliative Care cordially invite you to join them for the 2022 Homeland Hospice 5K and Memory Walk.

The 5k and Memory Walk attracts competitive runners and casual walkers alike. The Memory Walk portion of the event leads participants through engaging firsthand activities to share memories of their loved ones. Proceeds benefit Homeland Center's benevolent care fund as well as Homeland Hospice's supportive services like massage and music therapy and additional in-home and relief hours, which provide additional aide care at no cost to patients and families.

An award of $100 will be presented to the 5K overall male and female champions. Ribbons will be presented to the top three male and female finishers in eight different age brackets. Additional awards include largest team, most decked out stroller and most adorable dog.

For an additional $25 you can honor the memory of a loved one with his or her name on this year's event t-shirt. Refer to the event website for more details.
