What are YOU grateful for in 2022?

Join us in Flat Rock this Thanksgiving morning (Thursday, November 24th) for the Grateful Gallop 5k/1-Mile!

Avoid the crowds, skip the parking headache, and enjoy a run right here Downriver! This 5k race is perfect for competitive runners as well as recreational runners and walkers. Finisher medals will be awarded to all participants, as well as special age group awards. We will also have a 1-mile fun run for kids so bring the whole family!

We will also be collecting donations for Helping Hands food pantry and the Flat Rock Animal Shelter! Bring your canned food items and/or pet food to be entered into a special raffle!

Where: Starts & Finishes at the Flat Rock Community Center (1 Maguire, Flat Rock, MI 48134)

When: Thursday, November 24th, 2022

Time: Packet Pickup (7:00-8:15am), 1-Mile Fun Run (8:30am), 5k Run/Walk (9:00am)

Course: 100% paved on local roads and the Downriver Linked Greenways path (see course map)

Registration: includes officially timed race, t-shirt (*register by 10/31), finisher award, post race food/drink

Early Bird (Thru September 30th): $35 (5k), $25 (1-Mile)

Regular Registration (October 1- 31): $40 (5k), $30 (1-Mile)

Late Registration* (Nov 1-23): $45 (5k), $35 (1-Mile)

Race Day Registration* (Nov 24th): $50 (5k), $40 (1-Mile)

*shirts not guaranteed to late registrants (limited sizes may be available on race day)
