Event Description
Don't put that bike on the trainer quite yet. Join us for the final multisport event of the season in Minnesota. This classic duathlon is great for the experienced duathlete as well as the beginner. Race friendly for every ability and level of experience. Run the du as an individual or put together a two or three person team. Not as fond of running but love to bike? Consider duing the Reverse do. Team options apply to both the regular and reverse options. Stunning courses!

Your race packet will include all the materials you need for your race: race bib, timing chip, and some fun items like your event shirt (if you selected the shirt option) and special offers. Those registered will receive an email on the Monday evening prior to the race with all the details, any course updates, and an age group breakdown by race category.

Top overall male and female athletes

Top 3 male and female athletes in each age group (19 and Under, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70+)

1st, 2nd, and 3rd place age group winners will receive an age group award ribbon to attach to their finisher medal. Overall male and female winners are not eligible for age group awards (no double dipping).**
