On Your Feet Friday (OYFF) Volunteer SignUp

This registration site is for the VOLUNTEERS we need to help make On Your Feet Friday safe and organized.  Click the Volunteer Button and choose your duty.

Participants do not need to pre-register.  Participants just show up and sign in at the black GFR tent in the parking lot!

This the 7th year for OYFF.  Held on the 2nd Friday of each month, from May through September, On Your Feet means exactly that. The format encourages people of all ages to walk or run on sidewalks and through parks in and around downtown Salem. We are proud of our downtown community and look forward to sharing it with all the participants in this family oriented series.

Each month includes different checkpoints. Enjoy yourself as you walk, jog, or run your way to local business or park checkpoints, discover new places, get some exercise and have fun.
