Event Description

Join the Summer Sweat Member Fitness Challenge! Have fun, get moving, and stay on track with your goals this summer!

How many days can you exercise for 20 minutes? We're challenging our members to make exercise a priority for 20 minutes for 20 days in June! 

Pick up a calendar at the Welcome Desk to track your minutes and win prizes!

COST: $10 per participant ( money raised during this challenge will go towards ongoing needs in the wellness center to keep small pieces of equipment new/up to date.)

Open to all Ages

Prizes:
1-7 days entered in to win free YMCA Guest Passes

8-14 days entered in to win 20th Anniversary T-Shirt, guest passes, water bottle.
15-20 days entered in to win a 20th anniversary Sweatshirt, YMCA Cinch Bag, Water Bottle, and Guest passes.

Email Heather pics of your workouts to be used  on our YMCA social media posts. With each email you submit you will be entered into weekly drawings for additional guest passes.

Rules:
Participants must track minutes on YMCA provided calendar
All logs must be turned in by July 5, 2023 to be eligible for prizes
You must exercise for 20 minutes in order for that day to count

You can complete 20 minutes inside/outside but you MUST check into the YMCA for that day to make it count.
Participants can be entered in to win ONE prize based on number of workout days
