About Team TATSU and LA Frontrunners
Luke Tatsu Johnson was a 16-year old loving son, older brother, loyal friend, accomplished student and athlete, and ultimately brave cancer patient, who lost his battle against leukemia (AML) on June 17, 2016. The Luke Tatsu Johnson Foundation was inspired by and is dedicated to Luke's legacy and will endeavor to raise funds to support causes that reflect the things most important to Luke -- golf, academics and finding a cure for childhood cancer.
Los Angeles Frontrunners (501c3), is the LA chapter of International Frontrunners. In the past, those charities include; Students Run LA, PAWS/LA, Life Worth Saving, Friends of Griffith Park, Angel City Pit Bulls, InsideOut Community Arts, Friends of Project 10, ProjectQ, Outwords and the Don Thompson Scholarship at the USC Film School.
