SEA Fit & Fun 5K Run
November 3rd, 2018 - 7:30 a.m.

RACE:
There will be a 5k run/walk and a kid's mile. The 5k run/walk will start on the Sweetwater campus at 7:30 AM, and the kid's mile will start at 8:30 AM.
CHIP TIMING
All participants will be chiped timed. Awards will be given to the Top 5 Overall Males and Top 5 Overall Females. All finishers will receive a finisher medal. Please see age group scoring below!

*Kid’s Mile Ages: 11 and Under
*Top (3) boys and top (3) girls in each age group receive a plaque

PACKET PICK UP
*Thursday and Friday, November 2rd and 3rd, in Gray Hall at Sweetwater Episcopal Academy from 9am-5pm
*Saturday morning, November 4th, beginning at 6:30am at the race location

9:00 a.m. Awards Ceremony

Shirts are guaranteed for all pre-registered participants. Shirts not guaranteed on race day.
FAQ
When and where does the race take place?
Saturday, November 3rd, 2018. The race course begins on Sweetwater's campus. The course continues onto East Lake Brantley Drive, crossing over Wekeiva Springs road into Sable Point neighborhood. The course will loop around and return to the Sweetwater campus.
How long is the course?
The 5K is 3.1 miles.
How will I be timed?
This run will have chip timing. There will be a clock at the finish line.
Who gets a T-shirt?
Only pre-registered runners that successfully complete the registration and payment processes seven weekdays before the race are guaranteed a free race t-shirt. Pre-registered runners in the seven days leading to the race are first to receive their shirt and preferred size.
Can I participate with a stroller?
Yes, nurturing future generations of runners is a priority, and demonstrating healthy lifestyles to our kids is special. Please, however, start in the later part of the runners.
Should I bring my own water?
You may, but one water station is available on the course. Water is also available at the finish.
Will the race be held if it's raining?
The run is a "rain or shine" event. All participants are encouraged to dress appropriately for the weather, such as in a rain coat or hat.
What will be provided after the race?
There will be water, coffee, and treats provided after the race.
Where do I park?
Free parking is available wherever visitor parking signs are posted.
