FAQs
What time should I arrive?
Well, we pushed it back half an hour this year so you can make it after work a bit easier.  You need to have registered or checked in (even if registered online) to get your race plate/timing chip and allow the race organizers to be prepared for a 7pm start.  That includes parking, walking up to the check in window, etc.

Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event?
Any age can enter the Tykes Race.  There is no age minimum for the XC race, but we do ask for parental supervision if needed.

What are my transportation/parking options for getting to and from the event?
There is a bit of construction in the Village Area.  We recommend parking in the upper two lots (Alder/Village Parking as well as Birch Lot which is below the bierstube)

What can I bring into the event?
Bike, Family, High Fives, etc.

What about Bathrooms?
There are bathrooms at Hellroaring Saloon, Porta-potties in the upper village construction and restrooms near the bottom of Chair 2.

Refunds?
You can refund your ticket here on eventbrite up to 24 hours before the event, for any reason - no drama.
