Ride to #FinishCancer

We are a Hood to Coast team raising money for Providence Cancer Center.  We want you to join us for a unique indoor cycling experience utilizing music and choreography for a full-body energetic, inspirational balanced cardio ride while helping raise money for an amazing cause.  After the ride enjoy some refreshments and maybe win a prize from one of our amazing sponsors!

Researchers at Providence Cancer Center are revolutionizing cancer treatments, leading the way nationally and internationally in the field of immunotherapy. By focusing on immunotherapy, Providence scientists are discovering new ways to activate a patient's own immune system to target and eradicate cancer cells while minimizing damage to normal tissue.  Their goal is both simple and heartfelt - to work tirelessly in developing new strategies that treat, cure and prevent cancer.

How can I contact the organizer with any questions?

What's the refund policy?

Unfortunately because this is a fundraising event we will not be able to provide refunds. 100% of the proceeds from the ticket & raffle sale will go to Providence Cancer Center, so your registration fee will be donated to the foundation. If you will not be able to ride, please email us bombshellrunners@gmail.com so we can release your bike to another donor. 

Is my registration fee transferrable?

If you are unable to ride, but would like someone to ride your place just let us know the person's name. Everyone who rides will need to sign a waiver when they arrive.  But if you give your registration away, that person has a chance to win one of the amazing raffle prizes. 

Is it ok if the name on my registration doesn't match the person who attends?

Since the bike is reserved for you, we would like to hold it for you. If you are unable to ride and would like to pass your registration on to someone else, please let us know via email at bombshellrunners@gmail.com

What if I have never done a spinning/cycling class before?

That's okay, we will be there to help you get set up on your bike and answer any questions you may have. But be forewarned, you will find yourself addicted to it!

What if I don't have cycling shoes?

Don't you worry, we got you covered. StarCycle is providing cycling shoes to those who need them, but you must bring your own socks.  When reserving your spot make sure to add the free shoes.  We will email you requesting your shoe size closer to the event.

What should I bring?

You should bring water and energy! StarCycle does have water to purchase if you forget or they have a water refill station if you have your own water bottle. 

Do I need to be present to win the raffle ticket prizes?

Yes. The prizes will be drawn for and awarded after the class.  You may purchase additional tickets on line or at the event.

What is the 'Date Night Raffle' and why are those tickets more expensive?

The 'Date Night Raffle' has a prize of a one night stay at the Mark Spencer Hotel, a gift certificate for Holsteins Restaurant, a voucher for the Oregon Symphony and tickets to Lan Su Chinese Garden.  The winner of this prize will be randomly selected on Aug 15th and contacted by email.  If you purchase these raffle tickets online, your name and email address you registered with is how we will contact you.
