Event Description
Please join us for a 5k run/walk through the beautiful vineyards of Hess Winery.
This event is for the novice and avid runners, wine tasters and Greek walkers.
We will have a glass of wine, music and awards. It is time to RUN with the "Greek God of Wine" Dionysus We encourage everyone to bring out their TOGA's and greek head pieces.
Sunday, August 12 -
6:00am - Shuttle Service starts - Pickup Solano Ave/Redwood Rd
6:30am - Winery Gates Open
6:30am-7:30am - Race Day Packet Pickup
7:30am-8:00am - Music, Vendors, Warmup
8:15am - Race Time
Wine Tastings to Immediately follow after participants cross the finish line.
11am Event Concludes (Last Shuttle leave at 11:15am)
Our event concludes at 11am. GUESTS MUST LEAVE BY 11AM, unless you signed up for the Hess Expereince or is an ACTIVE customer with Hess WInery. NO OUTSIDE LIQUOR ALLOWED.
This is a trail run. Please be prepared to run/walk through dirt, rocks, grass etc...
Our runs are timed with a gun start. For best timing results please wear your timing bib on your chest not covered. Timing results are 90% accurate on our RFID system. Registration does not guarantee a timed run. We are a FUN Run and Wine is our motivation. No refunds on timing tags not read. No Exceptions.
Registration includes a T-shirt (Size-First come first serve for sizes), Stemless Wine Glass & Racing Bib.
Costumes are encouraged! Please feel free to wear Greek Togos, Tutus, Wine Tanks Tops, etc... We love it!
Awards are for 21 and over. There will not be medals or overall awards for anyone under 21.
We will NOT give out any goodie bags. We are trying to be more environmentally conscious.

SHUTTLES WILL STOP AT 11:30am leaving Hess Winery.
Rain or Shine.
Our policy are "no refunds". "No Refunds" for any reason.
Transfer to another participant must take place 14 days prior to the event.
Transfer fee $7.
