Description
The Senior is starting a new program to help improve your quality of life! This 6-week program is led by a certified instructor and includes both classroom and walks outside to teach you how to safely make physical activity a part of your everyday life. It can also help reduce the pain and discomfort of arthritis, increase balance, strength and walking pace, build confidence in your ability to be physically active, and improve your overall health. The Senior Center is able to offer this course through a grant from the California Arthritis Partnership Program and the National Recreation and Park Association. Please register at the Front Desk by Thursday, October 19.
