Description
This class is designed for the average walker who is wanting to increase speed and distance. Classes include warm up, stretch and a 45 minute walk. A great class to meet new people while increasing cardiovascular health.
This class is free with your membership, Silver Sneakers, or daily drop-in rate. Please check in at the front desk before each class.
