Event Description

Join us for the 7th annual Fear the Deer trail half marathon!  Get ready for the most extreme half marathon front range Denver has ever seen. You will gain over 2800 vertical feet in this rough and rocky trail race. 

The Deer Creek trails wind through beautiful pine forests and you will get a breathtaking view of Denver at the top. 
Be prepared for all elements: you may run through mud, snow fields, cross creeks and up steep, rocky terrain! 

We have sold out by March the last 5 years so make sure to take advantage of early bird rates and register early!

Included in entry fee is a really cool dry-fit tee, finishers medal, after party with a smorgasbord of snacks from our sponsors, beer from a local brewery and amazing giveaways from our sponsors!

We award the top 2 male and female runners.  No age group awards.  Come see who will earn the "Golden Antlers" this year......
