Who We Are:

 

MPS SuperHero is a parent-led, nonprofit organization, 501c3. (EIN: *****). Our mission is to fund a cure, educate and spread awareness, and help families in need of assistance that are affected by a rare and deadly disease known as MPS II (Mucopolysaccharidosis type II). 

 

MPS II primarily affects 1 out of roughly 160,000 born boys and is known for being progressively regressive. By the time these children reach 10 years old, they lose the ability to walk, talk, and eat by themselves. Between 12-14 years old, this disease takes their life away within the blink of an eye. 

 

With the help from our volunteers, sponsors, and donors, along with our community and supporters, we aim to save these children and their families affected by the disease. We live by a code: You don't need Super Powers to be a SuperHero!
