***As of Thursday, April 19 at 9:45am, you will NOT be asked for your shirt size when registering as we are setting up the expo. We DO have some shirts still available, on a first come, first served basis at the expo.

Join us Saturday, April 21st and Sunday, April 22nd for the 2018 Rochester Regional Health Flower City Challenge!

The half marathon is capped at 2500 runners and the 5K is capped at 1200 runners!  Register early to secure your spot!

1/4 zip technical top to all Half Marathon/Duathlon/Triathlon registrants, short sleeve cotton t-shirts to all 5K registrants.
*Sizes are guaranteed to all those registered by 3/15/18.  After that, they will be first come/first served at the expo.  So register early!
