About Jeff Galloway's Training Programs

The Galloway Training Program is open to anyone who is interested in fulfilling a lifetime goal: to run a marathon, half marathon, 10K, or just get started. The training group welcomes all levels, from beginners to Boston qualifiers. Pace groups are set up to ensure a comfortable and safe training pace for every ability. If you're not certain about whether to join, come with us for a free test run.

The Jeff Galloway training approach is suitable for all levels and all ages! Join us for a weekly group run (first session is free) and experience great comraderie, effective training and lots of support. Bring a friend!

Winter 2018 Programs: 

10k Training for the Lake Lowell 10k (April 14)

Half Marathon Training for either the Ogden (Utah) Half Marathon or the Famous Potato Half Marathon (both on May 19) 

 

NOTE: If there is enough interest towards the end of the winter season, we will add marathon training for Onward, Shay! on October 28. 

Training Fees: (PRICES GO UP AFTER MIDNIGHT JAN. 25!) 

10k Training 

New Member: $90 
Alumni: $75

Half Marathon training 

New Member: $110 
Alumni: $95

 

Refund Policy: 
The training fee is non-refundable. Requests for refunds are considered for medical reasons only, must be accompanied by a physician's letter and must be submitted prior to the half-way point in the training season. A $25 processing fee will be retained.
