Event Description
The Chafe 150 Gran Fondo route begins in Sandpoint, Idaho, (named "Most Beautiful Small Town in the USA,") and follows a grand loop around the Cabinet Mountains, a frontal range of the Rocky Mountains of Idaho and Montana—through gorgeous lake and river valleys.
The ride offers 3 distances to accommodate every level of rider: 150 mile loop, 80 mile route and 30 mile Piccolo Fondo Fun Ride!
Chafe 150 is contributing the proceeds of the ride to the Lake Pend Oreille School District to assist students on the Autism spectrum and to fund college scholarships.
The ride features 7 rest stops, SAG support that includes bike mechanics and registered nurses, complimentary rider Tshirt, breakfast and fun after-ride party.
