Description
This 12-week specialty training group is designed for the new/novice tri-athlete. The program consists of three (3) weekly 60-minute sessions. Each day will focus on a specific segment of training: swim, bike/run and athletic conditioning. The goal race is St. Anthony's Triathlon April 28-29, however participation in the race is optional.
