Event Description

MBS Family Sports and Fitness is teaming up with PCSO Deputy Brad Riccillo to raise funds for St. Baldrick's Foundation.  Deputy Riccillo and his team will be shaving their heads to raise money for a cure. 

Did you know that before they turn 20, about 1 in 285 children in the U.S. will have cancer? More children are lost to cancer in the U.S. than any other disease—in fact, more than many other childhood diseases combined. Worldwide, a child is diagnosed every 2 minutes! These are staggering. We have made advances, many because of research funded by grants from St. Baldrick's Foundation. While there have been those advances in medicine that have improved survival rates, those that do survive are at a higher risk for chronic health conditions or other life threatening conditions because of the treatments they have to endure.

As a fitness community lets help these kids out who have to deal with something no kid should ever have to deal with.  Heat times will start at 8:00 AM and run every half hour until 12:00 PM!  We will release the work out soon! 100% of the proceeds will be going to St. Baldricks's Foundation.  Please bring a donation the day of the event at check in.  Checks can be made payable to St. Baldricks Foundation.  Please check out Deputy Riccillo's page for more information www.StBaldricks.org.
