Event Description

On Saturday, March 24, 2018 thousands of runners, walkers, and dogs (but no cars!) will fill the streets of downtown Los Angeles in support of an essential community resource, California Hospital Medical Center. This fun family event welcomes social dogs at no extra cost! 

The race features “one of the best 5K courses” in LA, passing by the Staples Center, L.A. LIVE, FIGat7th, The Bloc, and more. The 5K concludes with a post-race festival (at 1401 S. Grand Ave.) featuring free Zumba, health screenings, children’s activities, and a doggie costume contest. Festival entrance and activities are free.

And come hungry! Our popular breakfast features pancakes or burritos for only $5-$7, and this year we’re adding a coffee garden where for a small donation, you can get your caffeine fix, too!
