Event Description
The TEAM UP is a TWO person, same gender, Throwdown.
Grab your workout buddy and sign up to throwdown in the Team Up. Last year we had an outstanding turnout at our Eli's Heroes Throwdown and this year we are looking to make it bigger and better!
The competition consists of 4 team workouts.
Categories:
Advanced Men’s & Women’s
Intermediate Men’s & Women’s
Scaled Men’s & Women’s
Each category will do a version of the same workout appropriately scaled for their fitness level.
The top 3 teams of each category will receive a prize.
A fun family and pet friendly 5k Run/Walk will start the day off at 8:00am.

Arrive early!
Check in starts at 7:00am
Workout: 8:00 am - 6:00 pm
Registration fee: $140 per team.
Use discount code: earlybird for $20 off.
Code expires after 25 uses.
April 3rd, 2018 is the last day to register and get a T-shirt. Registration will stay open until April 13, 2018, but no shirt will be available.
Additional shirts can be order through www.crossfitimperialvalley.com until April 3rd, 2018.
