Event Description
The Fallen Heroes 5K was a race started 11 years ago to memorialize those heroes who gave their lives for this country and in honor of two of UF’s fallen heroes, Navy SEAL James Suh, and Naval Special Warfare Officer Thomas Fouke. Both were UF alumni and died while serving their country.
Our goal is to support veterans and their families who need help financially. They have given their all for us, risking their lives at the cost of our freedom, running this race is the least we can do in honor of them. Money raised will be donated to the Gainesville Fisher House and the UDT-Seal Association.

Event Schedule
Race day registration will close at 8:15 AM and the race will begin at 8:30 AM. Awards will begin shortly after a majority of the participants have completed the race.
Parking
Parking will be available on site. No decal or parking pass required.
