Event Description

This community event will take place in Sacramento, CA on Sunday, May 20th and will include 5K and 10K running and walking events, a free kids’ fun run, post-race health and wellness expo, and a goal to benefit one of our community’s most valuable resources: safety net medical clinics.

Race Day Timeline - Sunday, May 20

6:30 a.m. – Race day registration and bib pick up opens
8:00 a.m. – 5K and 10K Start
9:30 a.m. – Free Kids Half Mile Fun Run Start (Ages 10 and Under)
7:30-11:30 a.m. – Post-race healthy living festival

Included in Each 5K and 10K Entry

Each 5K/10K entry includes a race t-shirt, bib number and chip timing, eligibility for age group awards, post-race snacks and refreshments and hydration support along the race route.  A finisher medal, which is optional, is available for $5.00 as an a la carte item. The medal is the third of four interlocking medals in the 2018 Tour de FIT.

Free Kids Fun Run

A free kids fun run for ages 10 and under will be offered at 9:30 a.m.  All youth participants in the fun run must register. A t-shirt or medal may be added to the fun run entry for $5.00.

Virtual Participant

Can’t make the event on race day but want to support the cause? We offer a virtual runner option. Your t-shirt and bib will be mailed to you after May 20th.
