Event Description

BiG Cardio is a unique blend of all things fitness, sports, cycle and fun! With 10 fitness activities to choose from and dozens of other activites, it has become one of South Florida's favorite events.

Established in 2008 and benefitting South Florida's at-risk youth, BiG Cardio offers something for everyone at all ages, including a special needs/wheelchaor divison! With concessions, entertainment, food and fun, you can bring your colleagues, friends and family and spend the day.

It's especially appealing for large groups such as corporations, churches, schools, universities, medical groups, civilians and military alike because you can utilize this event for your company day, retreat or team-building activity and you won't have the burden of arranging all the details and the expense that goes with it. We take care of all that for you, you just show up with your group and enjoy the day!
